Washington, D.C. – Today, Congresswoman Erin Houchin (IN-09) and Congressman Morgan McGarvey (KY-03) introduced a resolution expressing support for the NICU Baby’s Bill of Rights, highlighting the need for family-centered care, informed parental consent, and improved resources for families with babies in neonatal intensive care units (NICUs).

Congresswoman Houchin serves on the House Rules Committee, the House Budget Committee, the House Energy & Commerce Committee, and the House Education and Workforce Committee.
