Team Rewards program provides exciting benefits to all
“Active” team members. This benefit is 10% back as a Digby Digital gift card on
all qualifying purchases. The digital credit will be good for up to 30 days and
issued every Sunday. You will receive this great benefit immediately at
checkout each and every time you shop.
These benefits are available for purchases to support your
immediate family, defined as those living under your roof. This is not intended
for purchases to support extended family, civic or church related functions,
re-sale of products purchased or any special function outside your home. We are
very excited to provide these additional benefits to you. Abuse of this policy
will be considered a violation of our Code of Conduct policy and will result in
severe discipline up to and including the potential for termination.
*qualifying purchases are defined as all items with the
exception of alcohol, gift cards, stamps, and all customer service products and
services.
Can my significant other use my Rewards account to get
the discount when they shop?
Yes, if they use the phone number connected to your account
when they shop. All team members can have up to two phone numbers connected to
their rewards account. Either number connected to the account can be used to
access the discount when shopping.
What if I have two phone numbers connected to my rewards
account?
If you have registered both phone numbers with your rewards
account, they will continue working and provide the discount when you shop.
Can I use my rewards team member discount to purchase
items for my business/fundraiser/church activity?
No. The team member discount is meant for items purchased
for you and your family directly. This allows us to continue providing the
discount and giving additional savings, coupons, and deals to team members.
Will I get the 10% off purchases if I place an online
order?
No, unfortunately the systems are not yet integrated, so we
are unable to offer Team discounts on online purchases.
